I had a very pleasant stay at Al Rawhanya Hotel. The location is excellent, especially for those visiting Jabal al-Noor as it is very close by. A special thanks to the reception team, specifically Mr. Mohammed Abid and the female receptionist Johod. They were both incredibly kind, professional, and went out of their way to be helpful throughout my stay. Their hospitality made a big difference. The only downside is the parking situation. The space is quite limited, which can be a bit of a struggle if you are traveling with a car. Overall, it’s a great place to stay with wonderful staff!

Al-Rouhanyah Hotel offers an excellent stay with a great balance of comfort and convenience. The rooms are exceptionally clean, quiet, and well-maintained, providing a peaceful atmosphere. A major highlight is the frequent shuttle bus service, which conveniently drops you off right near the Haram, saving both time and effort. The staff is professional and welcoming, ensuring a smooth experience. For the price, it is a top-tier choice for any pilgrim seeking quality and easy transportation

It was a good experience at Al Rawhanya Hotel. Rooms are good and well furnished. Stay was comfortable and their shuttle service was suitable. Would Recommend to anyone going for this hotel.

I stayed in the hotel with my elderly mother in the second week of Ramadan. The hotel is a gem of a find, quiet and tranquil, neat and tidy with courteous and polite staff consistently providing their best service. The free bus to the SAPTCO station was an added bonus as it made our commute to the haram significantly easier, and the driver was punctual without fail. The location was within walking distance to all amenities such as restaurants, laundry and baqala. Shoutout to Mohammad Abid and his team for ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Rooms are clean, the reception is very cordial. Although it's a little far from Haram but they do have pick and drop service to bus stops which was amazing. Overall, the hotel is very good. This was our 3rd time staying there and it's always been nice.

At first before trying to book its writen poor but alhamdulillah it was great hotelthe room is so clean,the white bed cover,pillow cover,comforter and small towel is new and clean..smell good,cr so clean and its peacefull relaxating place...but the different the price after booking and the time of payment they didnt tell us why there is aditional pay(not to much i think its only 30sr)and no one tell us there is shuttle bus to alharam#i will rate 5 stars for this hotel

I had a wonderful experience staying at Hotel Al Rawhanya Makkah. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality and professionalism of the staff were truly impressive. I had originally booked an economy room, but to my pleasant surprise the hotel upgraded my booking to a suite, which made the stay even more comfortable and memorable. The suite was spacious, clean, and very well maintained. Every facility provided reflected attention to detail and genuine care for the guests’ comfort. The housekeeping, reception service, and overall environment were excellent. What stood out the most was the value for money. The hotel not only met expectations but exceeded them through their generosity and customer care. Such thoughtful gestures leave a lasting impression on travelers. Overall, everything about the stay was marvelous—comfortable accommodation, excellent service, and a warm welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend Hotel Al Rawhanya Makkah to anyone visiting Makkah and looking for a pleasant and worthwhile stay. Thank you to the management and staff for making the visit so special.
